Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices
  • 4 oz Italian sausage
  • 4 oz cooked bacon, chopped
  • 4 oz Canadian bacon
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside the oven during preheating.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the Italian sausage until no longer pink and slightly caramelized. Drain excess grease on a paper towel.
  3. Roll the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle. Brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread the tomato pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.
  5. Layer the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the sauce. Distribute the browned sausage, chopped bacon, Canadian bacon, and pepperoni slices evenly on top.
  6. Sprinkle the dried Italian seasoning and optional red pepper flakes over the toppings.
  7. Slide the pizza onto the hot stone or baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and browned and the crust is mahogany-gold.
