Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz pepperoni slices
- 4 oz Italian sausage
- 4 oz cooked bacon, chopped
- 4 oz Canadian bacon
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside the oven during preheating.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the Italian sausage until no longer pink and slightly caramelized. Drain excess grease on a paper towel.
- Roll the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle. Brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
- Spread the tomato pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge.
- Layer the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the sauce. Distribute the browned sausage, chopped bacon, Canadian bacon, and pepperoni slices evenly on top.
- Sprinkle the dried Italian seasoning and optional red pepper flakes over the toppings.
- Slide the pizza onto the hot stone or baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and browned and the crust is mahogany-gold.
