Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1.5 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk vigorously for about 30 seconds until the honey is fully integrated and the mixture looks glossy and unified.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley, ensuring the garlic is evenly distributed throughout the liquid.
  3. Pour the mixture into a resealable bag or glass bowl. Add the cleaned, peeled shrimp and seal the container.
  4. Massage the bag gently to ensure every crevice of the shrimp is coated. Let it sit at room temperature for 15–30 minutes, or refrigerated for up to 1 hour.
