- 1 cup (150g) broccoli florets, bite-sized
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Cut all vegetables into consistent sizes (approximately 1-inch chunks) to ensure uniform cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly until every piece is lightly coated.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high (approximately 400°F / 200°C).
- Place the seasoned vegetables into the preheated grill basket. Grill for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket every 4–5 minutes until char marks appear and vegetables are tender-yet-crisp.
