Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl until the honey is completely incorporated.
  2. Place the cubed sirloin into a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over the meat. Massage the bag to ensure every cube is coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread the beef and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between beef, red pepper, onion, and yellow pepper.
  4. Preheat your grill or oven broiler to high. Brush the skewers lightly with vegetable oil.
  5. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side (approximately 12-15 minutes total) until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
