Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl until the honey is completely incorporated.
- Place the cubed sirloin into a Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over the meat. Massage the bag to ensure every cube is coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the beef and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between beef, red pepper, onion, and yellow pepper.
- Preheat your grill or oven broiler to high. Brush the skewers lightly with vegetable oil.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side (approximately 12-15 minutes total) until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
