Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
- In a medium glass bowl or a wide-mouth Mason jar, pour in the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, onion powder, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper. Stir in the maple syrup and Dijon mustard to act as an emulsifier.
- Whisk vigorously for 60 seconds or shake the jar hard until the mixture is uniform, slightly thickened, and has a velvety consistency.
