Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions:

  1. In a medium glass bowl or a wide-mouth Mason jar, pour in the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, onion powder, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper. Stir in the maple syrup and Dijon mustard to act as an emulsifier.
  3. Whisk vigorously for 60 seconds or shake the jar hard until the mixture is uniform, slightly thickened, and has a velvety consistency.
