Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (225g) Plain 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup (40g) Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp (21g) Raw Unfiltered Honey
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Low-Sugar Grain-Free Granola
  • 1 tbsp (8g) Sliced Toasted Almonds
  • 1 tsp (3g) Chia Seeds

Instructions:

  1. Place 1 cup (225g) of Greek yogurt into your bowl. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste to the yogurt.
  2. Vigorously stir the yogurt for 30 seconds until it looks glossy and smooth. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon to create a flat canvas.
  3. Scatter 1/2 cup blueberries across one side of the bowl. Nestle 1/4 cup raspberries into the gaps.
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup granola over the center until a distinct crunchy ridge forms. Add 1 tbsp toasted almonds and 1 tsp chia seeds over the granola.
  5. Drizzle 1 tbsp honey over the entire bowl in a zigzag pattern. Serve immediately while the granola is still crisp and loud.
