I'm Lily. When I moved into my first apartment, I missed the grilled foods I grew up with. But with no balcony and strict fire codes, I had to adapt. I dove deep into the world of indoor grilling—mastering electric contact grills and cast-iron grill pans to replicate that char and flavor without the smoke alarm going off.
My Approach
